India as a Strategic Growth Market for Dream Master

Building Partnerships through Presence, Listening, and Long-term Commitment.

India continues to be a key growth market for Dream Master, and our recent visit to New Delhi reinforced exactly why. Over two focused days, our Executive Director, Pooja Dudhoria, and Business Development Manager for India, Meenakshi Sharma, joined our international business partner Tharin Sethi of SethiG for a series of in-depth meetings with hotel owners, operators, and procurement leaders across the capital.

The discussions went beyond products and specifications. Conversations centered on brand standards, guest experience, and the evolving expectations of hotel owners operating in one of the world’s most dynamic hospitality markets.

We had the opportunity to engage with teams from ITC HotelsAccorIHGInterGlobe HotelsCygnett Hotels, and Pullman–Novotel Aerocity, exchanging perspectives on upcoming developments, replacement cycles, and the importance of long-term supplier relationships.

Across every meeting, several consistent themes emerged:

  • A strong emphasis on quality, durability, and lifecycle value
  • Growing alignment between guest comfort, operational efficiency, and ROI
  • Clear momentum toward structured group approvals and scalable partnerships

We also shared how Dream Master’s hospitality-focused bedding and linen solutions are developed to meet global brand standards, while being thoughtfully adapted for the Indian market, without compromising guest comfort or operational performance.

Trips like these reaffirm our belief that success in hospitality is built on being present, listening carefully, and committing for the long term. We return to Bangkok energized, aligned, and focused on strengthening partnerships that deliver exceptional sleep experiences for guests and sustainable value for hotel owners.

Our sincere thanks to all the teams who hosted us in New Delhi. We look forward to the next steps.
