Starting 2026 on the Ground in Kuala Lumpur

Dream Master began 2026 where it matters most, on-site, alongside our partners.
Last month, Tharin Sethi, our International Expansion Partner and Managing Director of SethiG and Shre Sharma from the Dream Master Business Development team were in Kuala Lumpur representing Dream Master Bedding. The visit centered around the delivery and installation of bed bases and mattresses at Grand Mercure Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang, working closely with hotel operations and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and timely handover ahead of opening.
Execution was the priority. From lift access planning and floor-by-floor prioritisation to coordinating shared access with other contractors, the focus remained simple: deliver properly and take responsibility through to completion. In hospitality, reliability on-site is just as critical as product quality.
Beyond the installation, the trip provided valuable time with hotel partners across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including:

Discussions focused on market conditions, upcoming refurbishment cycles, procurement planning, and how Dream Master can better support properties as budgets reopen.
The visit also included alignment with logistics partners and distributors. In today’s hospitality environment, dependable delivery, installation capability, and responsive after-sales support are often as important as the mattress itself, particularly for complex urban sites with operational constraints.
As hotels continue to balance performance, guest expectations, and operational efficiency, Dream Master remains committed to being present, accountable, and solutions-focused.
