Sustainability is about making better decisions at every stage, from sourcing and manufacturing to packaging, logistics, and end-of-life.

At Dream Master Bedding, responsible manufacturing has long been part of how we operate. We continue to invest in practical solutions that reduce waste and improve efficiency without compromising the comfort, durability, and quality our hospitality partners expect.

Approximately 80% of our materials are sourced regionally across Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam, helping strengthen regional supply chains while reducing unnecessary transportation.

Within our production processes, up to 20% of our foam content is made from internally recycled scraps, while automated systems have helped reduce glue consumption by 60%.

Our roll-pack technology allows mattresses to be compressed for more efficient transportation while reducing packaging requirements. Through roll-pack optimization, we save more than 6.2 tons of plastic every year.

And sustainability doesn’t stop at production. 96% of returned mattresses are diverted from landfill, with materials such as steel, foam, and fabric directed toward appropriate recovery and recycling processes.
