The Hidden Heroes of Hospitality: Listening to Housekeeping

We are excited to have exhibited at the Pattaya Hospitality Show 2026, led by our Head of Domestic Sales, Kampol Tanawarotai, together with the Dream Master sales team.

This year’s theme, “The Hidden Heroes Behind Every Great Experience,” resonated strongly with us.

For hotel housekeeping teams, our products are not simply something they see in a showroom. They work with them every day, making beds, handling sheets and towels, preparing rooms, and seeing how mattresses and bedding perform after hundreds or even thousands of guest stays.

That makes housekeeping teams an important source of feedback. Their day-to-day experience helps us understand what works, what can be improved, and how our products can better support hotel operations.

It was also a great opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new hospitality professionals across Pattaya.

The people behind the guest experience deserve to be close to the people behind the products.
